1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lyna (“the Service”), operated by Lyna Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lyna provides an authorization control plane for autonomous AI agents, including policy enforcement, credential management, and audit logging capabilities. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
3. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Lyna Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the data you submit through the Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these terms.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You own your data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service, but will never sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Payment Terms
Fees for paid tiers are as stated on our pricing page. Payment is required in advance for paid subscriptions. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyna Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and governing law) shall survive.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
